Job Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to patients, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support.
- Monitor patients’ health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with medication reminders and basic health management under supervision.
- Maintain patient hygiene and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, preferably in home health care.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic first aid is a plus.

The Facility employs highly competent DOH licensed General Physician, Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Respiratory Therapists and Speech Therapists to deliver home care and medical services to our patients/clients. Our healthcare professionals are BLS certified, with up to date trainings and certifications on Infection Control, Fire and Safety and Phlebotomy. The facility provides free transportation to all its healthcare professionals to and from the patient care setting.
