Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the energy sector (renewable energy, oil & gas, utilities, or related energy infrastructure)
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing technology strategies that align with business objectives
  • Strong technical foundation with demonstrated expertise across multiple technology domains
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience building and managing high-performing technology teams
  • Advanced stakeholder communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
  • Demonstrated success in driving innovation and managing research and development initiatives
  • Deep understanding of product architecture and technology infrastructure design and optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within the energy sector
  • Familiarity with energy-specific technologies such as smart grid systems, renewable energy management, or industrial IoT solutions
  • Track record of successfully scaling technology operations in regulated industries
  • Knowledge of energy sector compliance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements
  • MBA or advanced business certification

KANZ is een werkwijze om problemen van kwetsbare en overbelaste gezinnen samen met het gezin en de omgeving aan te pakken en op te lossen. In de aanloop naar de transitie Jeugdzorg in 2015 heeft de Jeugdreclassering Breda met ondersteuning van het innovatiefonds van de provincie Noord-Brabant een meervoudige een multi-methodische aanpak ontwikkeld: KANZ. Omdat conform de jeugdwet de gecertificeerde instellingen vanaf 1 januari 2015 geen jeugdhulp meer mochten uitvoeren hebben de betrokken medewerkers van KANZ het initiatief genomen om de werkwijze los van de Jeugdreclassering voort te zetten om zodoende de werkwijze, waar ze sterk in geloven, te behouden.
