Client Continuity Coordinator
Amity Veterinary Clinic – Dubai
Amity Veterinary Clinic is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Client Continuity Coordinator to support our growing client continuity and retention operations.
This is not a traditional reception or sales role. The purpose of this position is to help ensure our clients feel remembered, supported, and professionally guided throughout their pet’s healthcare journey.
The role focuses on continuity of care, operational follow-through, structured communication workflows, and client retention support using AI-assisted systems and operational dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vaccination, preventive care, and continuity reminder workflows
- Manage and maintain client tags, exclusions, and continuity lists
- Support client re-engagement and follow-up processes
- Monitor continuity dashboards and workflow accuracy
- Ensure communication workflows are completed accurately and on time
- Work closely with CSR, management, and AI-supported systems
- Help reduce missed follow-ups, cancellations, and continuity leakage
- Escalate issues appropriately when required
- Support reporting and operational tracking of continuity KPIs

Preferred Backgrounds
Experience in one or more of the following is advantageous:
- Customer service coordination
- CRM or customer success roles
- Healthcare or clinic coordination
- Hospitality or concierge operations
- Retention or continuity support roles
Veterinary experience is helpful but not required.
Salary & Benefits
- AED 4,000 – 5,500 per month
