MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To manage and monitor Fertility Day Care Centre Operations and enhance the center service levels, managing day to day operations and build strong referral base aimed at sustainable business growth

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS To effectively and efficiently manage the team

To manage all financial processes and practices within the Clinic to ensure sustainable growth and development

To implement and monitor business development initiatives

To ensure regulatory and legal compliance

To optimise the patient experience

To ensure efficient and effective operational management of clinic services and functions

To manage doctor engagement and relationships to support retention, collaboration, and high standards of patient care

To build and maintain positive working relationships with doctors to ensure collaboration, engagement, and alignment with clinic objectives

Required Education A Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management

Required Experience At least 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory/junior management role in a healthcare environment

Previous healthcare management experience in revenue cycle management, patient administration and customer service is desired

Previous experience in managing / working in a IVF Centre will be desirable

Required Job Skills And Knowledge

  • Accounting and financial management principles
  • Client service and related management principles
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Quality management and governance standards and best practice
  • UAE healthcare industry
  • UAE healthcare regulatory framework and related requirements
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
