About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate DHA Licensed Psychologist to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who believes in a whole-person approach to mental health and is eager to collaborate with other practitioners in a wellness-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions using integrative and cognitive psychology approaches.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on mental health, self-regulation, and preventive strategies.
• Collaborate with our team of doctors, nutritionists, and other specialists to support a unified care plan.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation using our EMR system.
• Stay up to date with the latest research in functional, cognitive, and integrative psychology.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist with active DHA license. (CDA license is not accepted)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably within a private or integrative medical setting.
• Proven background in cognitive psychology and mind-body-focused care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy, professionalism, and a high level of patient care ethics.
• Additional training in trauma, mindfulness, neuropsychology, or health psychology is an advantage.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or another language is a plus).
