CNA Certified Caregiver / Baby Care Specialist (Homecare – Dubai)

Job Description: We are currently looking for CNA-certified caregivers or certified baby care specialists to join our growing homecare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in newborn care, infant handling, and maternal support, with a strong sense of responsibility, compassion, and professionalism. This role involves providing high-quality care to newborns and infants in a home setting, ensuring their safety, hygiene, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities: Provide full support in newborn and infant care (0–12 months) Assist with feeding, burping, diaper changing, and bathing Monitor baby’s sleep patterns and vital signs Support mothers in postnatal recovery and breastfeeding guidance (if trained) Maintain proper hygiene and sterilization of baby items (bottles, clothes, etc.) Observe and report any health concerns or abnormalities Follow care plans and company protocols strictly Provide emotional support to family when needed Requirements: CNA Certification or Caregiver Certificate (required) Proven experience in baby care / newborn care cases Experience in UAE homecare setting is an advantage Good communication skills in English (Tagalog is a plus) Patient, caring, and reliable personality Willing to work flexible shifts (day/night duty) Can join immediately (preferred) Preferred Candidates: With newborn care experience (NICU or private cases) With multiple baby care case history and positive feedback With own visa or transferable visa Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract Contract length: 24 months Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
