Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collector and Sales Representative located in Al Khobar. The responsibilities include managing and following up on payment collections promptly, maintaining records of payments and outstanding amounts, and ensuring accurate communication with clients regarding their accounts. The role also involves identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting company products and services to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in payment collection, account management, and financial record-keeping
• Experience in sales, including identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving targets
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in managing documentation and reporting tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and relevant sales practices is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
