Contact Center Intern

Job Overview: GluCare is seeking a proactive and motivated Contact Center Intern to support our patient services team for a 1-month internship. The intern will assist with managing incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records, gaining hands-on experience in customer service and healthcare operations. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build practical skills in a healthcare contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Check Whatsapp phone for unread and unreplied messages. (this is before we will launch verloop)
- Check CRM for QA, not replied or follow up with the team/department
- Admin tasks (ie Workflow creation from draft, etc)
- Update raw data reports
- Verloop workflow testing
- CRM/Bitrix leads QA
Requirements Qualifications:
- Recent graduate in healthcare, business, communications, or a related field
- Basic understanding of customer service principles
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to handle calls professionally and courteously
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable using basic office software (MS Office, email)
- Eager to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
