Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Corporate Sales – Education/Training Industry Preferred)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales & Marketing Executive with a background in education and training services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating corporate leads, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth by promoting training programs and educational solutions to corporate clients in Abu Dhabi.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and target corporate clients across Abu Dhabi for training and education solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, L&D teams, and corporate decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Marketing & Client Engagement
- Support marketing campaigns targeting corporate clients.
- Coordinate promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and networking events.
- Conduct market research to identify new sectors and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training solutions with client needs.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the UAE training sector.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- 2–3 years of corporate sales experience (education/training industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi corporate market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
