Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Happiness Officer to join our Center Operations team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm welcome and guiding them through the registration and service journey. The role includes giving accurate information on medical fitness services and visa requirements, handling inquiries and concerns, verifying documents, and ensuring a polished front‑desk environment.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, gather client feedback, and support service improvement to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients through the registration and service process
• Provide accurate information on services, tests, fees, and visa documentation
• Handle client concerns and escalate complex cases when needed
• Verify documents in compliance with DHA and visa regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Coordinate with nursing, lab, radiology, and admin teams
• Collect and share client feedback to support continuous improvement
• Promote Smart Salem services ethically and appropriately

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience in the UAE , preferably in medical, visa, hospitality, retail or service environments
• High school diploma required; relevant diploma (Hospitality/Communications) preferred
• Strong communication skills and a professional, client‑focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast‑paced setting
• Knowledge of DHA/visa documentation and CRM/HIS systems is an advantage
• Multilingual candidates are a plus
