Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from customers.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Provide accurate information about services, products, and company policies.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, updates, and general concerns.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, feedback, and service updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Reception, or Customer Coordination.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in service-based industries is an advantage.
