Customer Service Executive

Rosmetic Medical Center is looking for a female customer service/call center representative to be based in Dubai. Previous experience in similar role is important.

You will be providing customer services to our patients, making calls and managing the patient schedule. Knowledge of English and Arabic is essential. This job is to make calls to our clients and understand their requirements and enter in our system and also manage the data.j

• Preferable minimum of Two Years experience in an Aesthetic clinic or a hospital set-up.
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Enter new customer information into system;
• Provide customers with services information if required.
• Preferable with previous experience in Aesthetic Clinics
• Telemarketing sales
