Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers. Experience using Canva or creating promotional materials is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Process orders, returns, and service requests.
• Create promotional flyers, social media posts, and marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools.
• Assist with promotional campaigns and basic marketing tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and service standards.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva or the ability to create attractive flyers, promotional ads, and social media graphics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per hour
