Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service/Receptionist at BellaViso Medical Center, located in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients, maintaining organized records, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients. The role requires frequent interactions with customers to address their concerns and provide relevant information about our services.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including handling calls and scheduling appointments efficiently
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including record-keeping, filing, and basic administrative tasks
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to create a welcoming experience for clients and respond to inquiries effectively
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with medical or beauty-related industries is a plus
• Proficiency in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or office administration are an advantage
