Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Lab Manager, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Dental Lab Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and management of the dental laboratory. This includes supervising staff, developing and implementing lab procedures, ensuring quality control, managing inventory, collaborating with dentists, and ensuring timely delivery of dental prostheses and appliances.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Dental Technology and Laboratory Skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in Dentistry, particularly in denture fabrication and repair
• Experience with managing dental lab operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Dental Technology or a related field
• Leadership and team management experience
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
