Salary: AED 5,000 + High Monthly Commission

About the Role:
Yoland Specialist Polyclinic is looking for a confident and patient-focused Dental Sales & Patient Coordinator to join our growing Dental Department. This role is ideal for someone who understands dental workflows, patient communication, and appointment coordination, while being motivated by performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage dental appointments for optimal scheduling efficiency
• Handle patient inquiries, follow-ups, recalls, and treatment coordination
• Support case acceptance and patient conversion activities
• Work closely with dentists and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow
• Contribute to departmental growth and patient satisfaction

Requirements

• Female candidate

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental clinic / dental department

• Good command of Arabic and English (Spoken & Written)

• Strong communication & patient handling skills

• Organized, proactive, and sales-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: AED 5,000
