Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our young patients, supporting therapy teams, and working closely with families to provide holistic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients undergoing therapy sessions
• Monitor and record vital signs, medical histories, and patient progress
• Support children during therapy sessions, ensuring safety and comfort
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate and guide parents and caregivers on home care practices
• Collaborate with therapists, doctors, and other staff in care planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to medical protocols and hygiene standards
• Respond to medical emergencies appropriately and promptly

Requirements

• DHA license or eligibility as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing (preferably in a rehabilitation or therapy setting)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and child-friendly demeanor
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
