DHA Registered Nurse -On call & Home Healthcare

• Nursing Degree: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)with at least 2 years ER experience.
• Nursing License: A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from DHA
• Clinical Experience: Experience in hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities.
• Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Compassion and Empathy: The ability to understand and respond to the emotional needs of patients and their families.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and medication administration.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Physical Fitness: The ability to lift and transfer patients, as well as perform other physically demanding tasks.
• Geriatric Nursing Experience: Experience in caring for elderly patients.
• Home Health Care Certification: Specialized training in home health care preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Medical Equipment: Familiarity with various medical equipment and devices used in home healthcare. Preferred but not required.
