Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing role based in Dubai. The Digital Marketing professional will plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns across various channels, with a strong focus on brand awareness and lead generation in the health care sector. Daily responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, monitoring web analytics, and coordinating online marketing initiatives such as email campaigns and digital advertisements. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to align messaging with business goals, analyzing performance data to refine strategies, and ensuring consistent, compliant communication across all digital touchpoints. The individual in this role will also stay up to date with digital trends and recommend new tools and tactics to strengthen Magenta Health’s online presence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan and implement integrated campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage platforms, engage audiences, and grow community reach.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track performance, generate insights, and optimize digital activities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to create clear, consistent messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the health care or pharmaceutical sector is beneficial, along with familiarity with regional market trends.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficiency with common digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing systems, and analytics dashboards) is an advantage.
