Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong interest in healthcare to join our growing team. This role combines digital marketing expertise with industry knowledge to design and execute strategies that enhance brand visibility, increase patient engagement, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate will effectively utilize multiple digital channels to promote healthcare services and connect with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive patient acquisition and engagement.

  • SEO & Content Strategy: Perform SEO audits, conduct keyword research, and develop content strategies to improve search rankings, online visibility, and website traffic.

  • PPC Management: Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) with a focus on cost-efficient lead generation.

  • Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging content across social media channels to strengthen brand presence.

  • Email Marketing & Client Engagement: Design and execute targeted email campaigns using segmentation and automation to nurture leads and retain existing clients.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as website traffic, patient inquiries, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with physicians, clinical teams, and content creators to ensure consistent and compliant messaging aligned with brand standards.

  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about digital marketing trends, healthcare developments, and regulatory requirements to ensure strategies remain effective and compliant.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences sector.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content development.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and Facebook Ads Manager.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
