We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 5–8 years of experience, preferably within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in CRM systems and performance-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
• Oversee SEO/SEM and website performance
• Plan and manage social media strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
• Manage and optimize CRM systems to enhance patient engagement and retention
• Create automated marketing journeys and lead nurturing workflows
• Coordinate with internal departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience in the healthcare industry
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (patient lifecycle management preferred)
• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of patient acquisition funnels and conversion optimization
