Sensation Station is a multidisciplinary therapy and early intervention centre in Dubai supporting children with developmental delays, additional needs and learning challenges. We provide Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, sensory integration, early intervention programmes, school readiness, group sessions, holiday camps, parent workshops, professional training and outreach services to schools and nurseries.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Digital Systems & Website Coordinator to manage and continually improve the centre's digital systems, website and business software.

This is a hands-on role for a fast learner and confident problem solver who enjoys working across IT, web development and digital innovation. You will support staff with day-to-day IT needs while taking ownership of our WordPress website, Zoho systems and digital platforms, helping to improve operational efficiency, user experience and online performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Development & Digital Optimisation

• Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of our WordPress website.
• Create new pages, layouts and functionality that improve the customer journey and support marketing campaigns.
• Design engaging animations, interactive features, custom cursor effects and other modern UI/UX elements.
• Improve website speed, accessibility, mobile responsiveness and conversion performance.
• Optimise the website for SEO, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile and AI-powered search platforms.
• Monitor website analytics and recommend ongoing improvements.

Digital Systems & IT

• Manage and optimise Zoho One, including CRM, Books, People, Forms, Campaigns, Mail and WorkDrive.
• Provide first-line IT support for staff, including hardware, software, user accounts and system access.
• Maintain backups, security, software updates and digital infrastructure.
• Support webinar technology, AV equipment and other business systems.
• Liaise with external IT, website and software providers when specialist support is required.

AI & Innovation

• Use AI tools to improve website development, coding, automation and business processes.
• Research and recommend new technologies that enhance efficiency, customer experience and digital performance.
• Support the integration of AI-powered workflows across the business where appropriate.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive web development.
• Experience creating modern website animations, interactive elements and engaging user experiences (UI/UX).
• Experience managing Zoho One
• Knowledge of technical SEO, website performance optimisation and Google Search Console.
• Experience integrating websites with CRMs, forms and third-party platforms.
• Experience using AI tools to improve web development, coding and productivity.
• Understanding of how AI is changing website optimisation and digital search.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and business applications.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, backups and system maintenance.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Supporting Marketing and HR with the IT side of campaigns, job adverts, access setup and platform management
• Assisting with minor CCTV, sound, webcam, screen-sharing and webinar setup issues
• Creating simple guides or processes for staff to reduce repeated IT issues

Desirable Skills

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:

• GSAP, Lottie or other animation libraries
• Figma or Adobe XD
• Website accessibility (WCAG)
• Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity
• API integrations
• Zoho Creator or workflow automation
• AI prompt engineering
• Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

• IT service management: 2 years (Required)
