We are looking for a senior commercial executive to lead pharmaceutical distribution operations across an existing 17-region network spanning the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia , while helping us enter new markets globally.

This role will own strategic relationships with compounding pharmacies, licensed distributors, regulatory importers, and government stakeholders , and will be responsible for driving growth, market activation, and revenue across the network.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead international distribution strategy and execution across 17 territories
  • Build and manage relationships with pharmacy, distributor, and regulatory partners
  • Position US FDA, cGMP-certified Pure Peptide Pharmaceuticals products as the premium alternative to Chinese and EU peptide API suppliers
  • Work with regional office leads to activate local distribution agreements and accelerate market entry
  • Own regional revenue targets
  • Report directly to the CEO

Ideal background

  • 12+ years in international pharmaceutical distribution, API wholesale, or specialty pharma commercialization
  • Experience across MENA, Africa, or South Asia
  • Strong understanding of compounding pharmacy supply chains and regulatory frameworks such as SFDA, EDA, SAHPRA, NAFDAC, PPB, and NDA
  • Executive presence and strong external relationship skills
  • Highly mobile; Arabic is a strong advantage
