DOH General Practitioner

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced DOH Licensed General Practitioner to join our Site Clinic operations in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services, emergency medical support, occupational health assessments, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations at the assigned site.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care and treatment to employees/patients at the site clinic.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Handle medical emergencies and provide stabilization before transfer if required.
• Conduct routine medical examinations and fitness-to-work assessments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection control, and occupational health standards.
• Coordinate with nurses, paramedics, and site management regarding employee health concerns.
• Monitor workplace health risks and provide preventive healthcare guidance.
• Participate in health awareness and wellness initiatives at the site.
• Ensure availability and proper management of medicines and emergency equipment.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
• Valid DOH License / Eligibility as General Practitioner.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, preferably in occupational health, industrial site, or emergency care settings.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response and occupational health practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote or site-based environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in industrial, construction, or oil & gas site clinics.
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: AED10.00 - AED12.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
