Ecommerce Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, with strong expertise in WordPress, Wix, and Shopify. This role is vital in driving online traffic, improving conversion rates, and enhancing the overall digital shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce websites on WordPress, Wix, and Shopify.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic, boost conversions, and enhance user experience.

• Monitor and analyze website performance; provide regular reports on key metrics and actionable insights.

• Execute and manage promotional campaigns across all online platforms.

• Ensure all website content remains accurate, relevant, and engaging.

• Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images for improved SEO performance.

• Manage online inventory and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Coordinate with customers to close leads received through e-commerce platforms using strong communication skills.

• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 5–6 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the medical supplies industry.

• Proficiency in WordPress, Wix, and Shopify platforms.

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
