Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our growing medical team. The EMT will be responsible for providing emergency medical care, patient assessment, and transportation support at assigned sites, ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt medical assistance and first aid in case of accidents or medical emergencies.
• Assess patients, provide treatment within EMT scope, and coordinate with higher medical authorities as needed.
• Maintain emergency response readiness, including equipment and supplies.
• Document medical incidents, treatments, and daily activity reports accurately.
• Support health and safety programs and participate in medical drills and awareness campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with DOH / DHA / MOHAP regulations and company medical protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• DOH / DHA / MOHAP Licensed EMT (or eligibility letter).
• Diploma or Certification in Emergency Medical Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency or pre-hospital care.
• Valid BLS and ACLS certification (preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle emergency situations effectively.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts or remote/offshore assignments if required.
