Enterprise SaaS Business & Growth Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise SaaS Business & Growth Manager to lead the launch and growth of our Enterprise SaaS business. The role is responsible for developing business strategies, driving go-to-market initiatives, building enterprise partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaling SaaS products, enterprise sales, marketing, and business operations within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the business strategy for the Enterprise SaaS platform.
  • Lead the setup and commercial launch of the SaaS business in the UAE.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM), marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Identify and build relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product and technical teams to align solutions with market requirements.
  • Develop business processes, operational workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure compliance with UAE business regulations and technology-related requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive business growth.
  • Track business performance and recommend strategies to improve revenue and market penetration.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in SaaS, enterprise software, business development, or technology consulting in UAE .
  • Proven experience in launching or scaling SaaS or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE technology ecosystem and regulatory environment.
