Role Overview
This role is for a commercial operator with hands-on experience selling into HR, People & Culture, Total Rewards, or L&D teams across the GCC. The Business Development Manager understands how employee benefits and wellness programs are budgeted, approved, procured, and renewed, and is comfortable navigating HR decision-making cycles, pilots, and ROI discussions.
The ideal candidate brings existing access to HR leaders and decision-makers, particularly in Riyadh and Abu Dhabi, and operates with a consultative sales mindset. Rather than selling a single product, they are able to identify gaps in clients’ existing mental health and well-being offerings and position Tuhoon as a solution that meaningfully fills those gaps.
Internally, this role acts as the voice of the market, translating employer needs into actionable input on product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy. It is a high-ownership role suited to someone comfortable building enterprise revenue in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise growth by identifying, engaging, and closing employer clients across KSA and/or the UAE, and the wider GCC.
- Lead go-to-market execution for Tuhoon’s employer mental wellness offering, from positioning to contract close.
- Build and manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including pipeline development, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain senior relationships with HR, People & Culture, and leadership stakeholders to drive long-term client success.
- Identify gaps in employers’ existing wellness and benefits programs and position Tuhoon as a strategic solution.
- Feed market and client insights into product, pricing, and offering development.
- Represent Tuhoon at relevant industry events and support its positioning as a regional thought leader.
- Collaborate closely with internal product, clinical, and community teams, operating with high ownership in a startup environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience selling to HR, People & Culture, L&D, or leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of corporate wellness, employee engagement, or adjacent sectors.
- Deep familiarity with KSA and/or UAE markets; wider GCC exposure is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred.
