Role Description

Appolonia World is seeking a proactive and creative Event Manager to join our team based in Abu Dhabi .

This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for planning, managing, and executing events, community outreach programs, conferences, and school initiatives that reflect Appolonia’s commitment to promoting children’s oral health awareness across the UAE.

While the position is based in Abu Dhabi , the Event Manager will also coordinate and oversee events held in other Emirates , ensuring consistent quality, branding, and execution across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage events, school programs, conferences, and community initiatives in alignment with Appolonia’s vision and outreach goals.
• Develop creative event concepts, detailed action plans, and budgets while ensuring smooth logistical execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, schools, healthcare partners, and government entities to deliver impactful events.
• Oversee event setup, branding, promotional materials, photography, and media coordination .
• Work closely with the marketing and communications team to create awareness campaigns and post-event reports.
• Track event performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Represent Appolonia World professionally at public events, educational programs, and collaborative meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management , preferably within the healthcare, education, or community engagement sectors in the UAE.
• Based in Abu Dhabi with flexibility to travel to other Emirates as needed.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills .
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field .
• Experience coordinating events for healthcare or educational institutions is an advantage.
