Role Overview

A well-established documents clearing company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills to support the CEO in daily operations, client matters, and administrative priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle confidential documents and correspondence professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams, government entities, and clients
  • Assist with PRO-related documentation, submissions, and follow-ups when required
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and key stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office coordination and task tracking

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE work experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in documents clearing, consultancy, or PRO services is an advantage
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
