Family Medicine Specialist _Arabic Speaker

We are seeking a dedicated Arabic-speaking Family Medicine Specialist to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all age groups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, promoting preventive healthcare, and delivering patient-centered care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive outpatient consultations for adult and pediatric patients.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic illnesses.
• Perform routine health screenings, annual medical check-ups, and preventive care.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, thyroid disorders, and dyslipidemia.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory investigations and diagnostic imaging.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform minor medical procedures within the scope of practice.
• Refer patients to specialists when clinically indicated and coordinate follow-up care.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle practices, nutrition, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection control policies, and clinical governance standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.

Requirements

• MBBS with a Master's/DNB/Equivalent qualification in Family Medicine.
• Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility as a Family Medicine Specialist.
• Minimum 3–8 years of specialization experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, clinical, and patient counseling skills.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based primary healthcare practices.
• Experience using EMR systems.

Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
