Female Arabic Telesales Agent – Experience in Aesthetic Clinics

We are looking for an experienced Call Centre agent to join our aesthetic clinic in Dubai.

Requirements

• Female candidate from Sudan or Sham (Levant)
• Not married
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an aesthetic/derma/laser clinic
• Currently living in Dubai
• Strong telesales and social media handling skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Fast typing and excellent computer/software skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong complaint-handling skills
• Professional and pleasant phone tone

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls
• Manage appointment bookings and follow-ups
• Convert inquiries into appointments
• Assist with telesales and social media communication
• Provide accurate service information
• Maintain CRM and client records
• Solve customer concerns professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
