Position Overview:
We are seeking a Call Center Agent to join our team and play a vital role in client engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling consultations, explaining our aesthetic services, and maintaining strong client relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Client Outreach: Contact prospective clients to introduce and promote our services.

Appointment Scheduling: Arrange consultations for aesthetic treatments.

Information Sharing: Clearly communicate service details, packages, and promotions.

Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups to maintain client interest and satisfaction.

Record Keeping: Log all interactions in the CRM system accurately.

Achieving Targets: Meet monthly booking and sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of telesales or call center experience, preferably in the healthcare or wellness sector.

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Professional, empathetic approach in handling client inquiries.

Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.

Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset.
