As part of our continued growth and commitment to service excellence, we are looking for a professional Female Receptionist with prior experience in medical centers only.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome patients with a polite demeanor and a professional smile.
• Register new and existing patients accurately in our medical management system.
• Guide patients to the appropriate consultation or treatment rooms efficiently.
• Receive payment slips from the sales department and accurately enter data into the billing system.
• Ensure that patients sign all invoices and receipts related to services and medical packages.
• Politely encourage patients to leave positive Google Reviews, maintaining the clinic’s online reputation.
• Maintain a calm, respectful, and professional environment at all times at the front desk.
• Handle phone calls, appointments, and general inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to DHA and clinic protocols.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (as per clinic requirements).
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience working as a receptionist in a medical center or clinic.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Insta Medical System and familiarity with billing procedures.
• Presentable, courteous, and patient-focused demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and effectively under pressure.
