FemaleTelesales Executive- Aesthetic Clinic

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote aesthetic treatments and services.

• Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, social media, or referrals.

• Convert inquiries into consultations and appointments.

• Clearly explain services, pricing, offers, and benefits to clients.

• Maintain and update the client database (CRM) with accurate information.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Collaborate with the marketing and front-desk teams to improve lead conversion.

1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales (experience in healthcare, wellness, or beauty is a plus).

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (regional language is a plus).

• Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated.

• Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
