Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Front Desk Staff at AQUA Dent Clinics located in Jeddah. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, managing patient records, and ensuring smooth operations at the reception area. Duties include providing excellent customer service, managing the clinic’s front desk, and performing day-to-day administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy skills
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrator or relevant disciplines are a plus
