Job Summary
Responsible for handling client inquiries within the company, presenting home product solutions (furniture, flooring, ceramics, wood) through samples and catalogs, and converting leads into sales through strong product knowledge and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle client inquiries (walk-in / calls / online).
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Present products using samples, catalogs, and visual materials.
- Explain product types, materials, quality differences, and suitable use cases.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients until closing the deal.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations/logistics for order processing and delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in home products (furniture, flooring, ceramics, wood, or related).
- Strong knowledge of product types, materials, and specifications.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple clients and follow-ups.
