Gastroenterologist - Lead Digestive Care in Dubai

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant Gastroenterologist to join a leading healthcare team in the heart of Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and proficient in diagnosing and managing a wide range of gastrointestinal diseases and disorders. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, including reviewing patient history, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests
• Provide accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment for gastrointestinal disorders, including Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, celiac disease, IBS, and other digestive conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s clinical needs
• Prescribe and manage medications, and recommend dietary and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborate closely with nurses, nutritionists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high‑quality patient care
• Stay updated with advancements, guidelines, and research in gastroenterology
• Participate in conferences, workshops, and continuous medical education activities
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited and recognized university
• Board Certification in Gastroenterology
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Gastroenterologist
• Strong clinical expertise in managing complex gastrointestinal conditions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient‑care skills
• Western education or training is mandatory
• Eligibility for licensure in Dubai (DHA)
