Location: United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month
Availability: Immediate joiner required
License: Valid UAE Driving License mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial statements, ledgers, and accounting records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice and payment processing.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries accurately.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
• Process monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Manage payroll and WPS payments efficiently.
• Compute and file VAT and tax returns on time.
• Maintain balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor and report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
• Support internal and external audits, providing all necessary documentation.
• Manage petty cash and overall cash flow operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Complete any additional accounting tasks assigned by management or senior accountants.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of accounting experience (preferably in construction, real estate, or healthcare sectors within the UAE).
• License: UAE Driving License required.
• Availability: Immediate joiner preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Integrity and ability to handle confidential financial data.
• Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi and Urdu preferred.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, ethical, deadline-driven, and reliable.
