Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Health Assistant role based in Dubai. The Health Assistant will support healthcare professionals by managing patient interactions, recording medical history, monitoring vital signs, and preparing patients for medical procedures. Responsibilities also include administrative duties such as organizing medical records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting during medical procedures
• Proficiency in maintaining and organizing patient records and scheduling appointments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multi-lingual skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals, especially in multicultural settings
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and familiarity with healthcare protocols and technology
• Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in compliance with healthcare standards
• Relevant certification or associate degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field
• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting is highly desirable
• Strong ethical practices and a commitment to patient care
