Health Care Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant / Patient Care Assistant to support physicians and the clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care within a hospital setting. The successful candidate will assist with patient preparation, basic clinical procedures, documentation, and ensure the smooth flow of daily clinic operations while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
• Prepare patients for examination and treatment.
• Prepare and stock examination rooms.
• Record vital signs.
• Clean and disinfect equipment.
• Document patient information in the EMR.
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards.

Qualifications Required

• Certificate or Diploma in Healthcare Assistance, Patient Care Assistance, Nursing Assistant, or a related healthcare field..
• Previous experience in a hospital, outpatient clinic, or specialty practice is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and infection control practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude.

Pay: AED1,111.00 - AED2,222.00 per month
