Homecare Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Homecare Supervisor to oversee and manage home healthcare operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day homecare operations and ensure service excellence
• Manage and lead a team of 80+ healthcare staff, including nurses and caregivers
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies (DHA/DOH/MOH as applicable)
• Coordinate with operations, HR, and licensing teams for staffing and onboarding
• Handle patient care escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Conduct regular audits, training, and performance evaluations
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation of operations and staff activities

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Proven experience managing large teams (80+ staff)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience in home healthcare or similar setting is highly preferred
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations (DHA/DOH/MOH) is an advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
