Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeper, located in Sharjah. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment in the assigned areas. Daily responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the hygiene of patient rooms, common areas, and other healthcare facility spaces. The role also involves laundry duties, light maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all cleaning supplies are properly stored and replenished as needed. Collaboration with the team to ensure compliance with health and safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster a positive interaction with colleagues and stakeholders
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage tasks efficiently and maintain orderly environments
• Aptitude for Training and willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and techniques
• Understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly in healthcare settings, is an advantage
• Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role in healthcare environments is preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
