Human Resources Manager

WE ARE HIRING – HR MANAGER (HEALTHCARE | AESTHETIC & DERMATOLOGY CLINICS)

Dermazone Laser & Cosmetic Center is looking for a highly experienced HR Manager with a strong background in healthcare, specifically aesthetic and dermatology clinics in the UAE. This role requires deep hands-on experience managing medical professionals and ensuring full regulatory compliance within the UAE healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all HR operations for aesthetic and dermatology clinics, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and offboarding.
• Manage medical and non-medical workforce in compliance with UAE Labour Law and healthcare regulations
• Handle medical staff licensing and coordination with DHA / DOH / MOH, including renewals and compliance
• Ensure full compliance with MOHRE, immigration, visa processes, and government audits
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance management
• Develop and enforce HR policies, contracts, and procedures aligned with healthcare standards
• Work closely with clinic management on manpower planning and operational requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of UAE HR experience in healthcare, with direct experience in aesthetic and dermatology clinics.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, visa & immigration processes
• Hands-on experience with DHA / DOH / MOH licensing is mandatory
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage
• Strong leadership, confidentiality handling, and problem-solving skills
