Hygiene Officer

We are looking to recruit a motivated Hygiene Officer to join our talented Food & Beverage Team. Our ideal candidate is a Dynamic professional who is willing to participate in maintaining high food Safety standards and Practices.

Job Description

Ensure that the establishment is always compliant with HACCP Food Safety Management requirements. Ensuring that the municipality local order/regulations/guidelines are Followed.

To ensure kitchen work practices reflect written procedures.

To conduct inspections for Bars/Restaurants and Receiving to ensure City Municipality regulations are being adhered to. Manage and maintain food safety documentation and records Monitor and check the personal hygiene conditions & working habits of the staff.

Maintaining Environment Health and Safety standards in the hotel as per local guidelines Complete and provides regular internal audit reports.

Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.

To coordinate with concerned departments in day-to-day activities or Guidelines instructed By the Group Executive Chef.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Driving Licence

Strong command of English language.

Fully certified as a hygiene officer

Previous experience in the same field in Abu Dhabi

Ability to focus attention on business needs, always remaining calm and courteous, whilst fostering great relations with all stakeholders

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary Negotiable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
