Job Summary

Saudi German Hospitals Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Inpatient Manager to oversee the daily operations of the inpatient department at our Dammam facility. The role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and compliance with hospital policies and healthcare standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong hospital operations experience, leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of inpatient services within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily inpatient department operations
• Ensure smooth patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes
• Coordinate with nursing, medical, and support departments to ensure efficient patient care
• Monitor inpatient occupancy, patient flow, and bed management activities
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Handle patient concerns and support patient satisfaction initiatives
• Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and departmental performance updates
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects
• Supervise and guide inpatient department staff to ensure high performance and teamwork
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve inpatient services and patient experience
