Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain the systems by ensuring proper backup and periodic maintenance
  • Deploy new desktop PCs and maintain old ones.
  • Fix, diagnose or isolate problems with network, PCs, terminals, and all peripherals.
  • Initiate and follow-up on orders for computer parts needed for maintenance.
  • Assist users with proper operations of computers, equipment, and software systems.
  • Train and advise users in general usage and operation of computer equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in Technical Support.
  • Training on windows operating system environment and MS desktop products.
  • Experience in networking domain environment and business applications and general knowledge in servers hardware & Software.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Should have good communication skills in both oral and written English.
  • Saudi Nationality is a must
