IT Support Engineer – Healthcare Sector

We are seeking a qualified and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in healthcare IT systems and regulatory platforms within Abu Dhabi.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience with Concept Software (Healthcare/Clinic Management System)
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Firewall configuration and management
• Experience handling ADHICS Audit requirements in compliance with Department of Health – Abu Dhabi standards
• Knowledge of Malaffi onboarding and integration (in coordination with Malaffi)
• Familiarity with AAMEN Portal processes and compliance requirements
• Previous work experience in Abu Dhabi healthcare facilities with clear understanding of DOH regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s servers, firewall, and overall IT infrastructure
• Handle and support the PACS System (Picture Archiving and Communication System)
• Ensure smooth operation of Concept software and related healthcare systems
• Support audit preparations and compliance documentation (ADHICS, DOH requirements)
• Provide technical support to medical and administrative staff
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and security-related issues
• Ensure data backup, cybersecurity measures, and system integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant healthcare IT experience (Abu Dhabi experience preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
