Essential Functions

  • Repair and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems across the Head Office and branch locations.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and peripheral devices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support within the company.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical and IT safety standards.
  • Repair or replace damaged hardware and equipment as required.
  • Upgrade and maintain systems to ensure compatibility with company software applications.
  • Install, update, and manage antivirus software to maintain system security.
  • Conduct testing and evaluation of new hardware and software solutions.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users, responding promptly to reported issues.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with all departments and colleagues.
  • Perform daily backup operations and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, inventory records, and system configurations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (2) year of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a medical or healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Experience dealing with ADHICS and healthcare-related systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in database management, software installation, and system administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to train and support employees on IT-related systems and procedures.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are required.

Working Environment

  • Must be able to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods as required.
  • Must be willing and able to travel between company locations for business-related matters.
  • May be required to provide on-site technical support at various branch locations.
