Job Title:

Recruitment & Personnel Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Recruitment & Personnel Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a passion for supporting employees throughout their employment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

•Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all required documents and forms are completed and submitted on time.

•Supervise attendance and leave records, and prepare related reports.

•Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with internal policies and government regulations.

•Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.

•Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.

•Prepare HR reports and documentation required by management or regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

•Strong understanding of HR practices, recruitment, and labor law requirements.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

•Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
